Michelle Deiter Zinnert, CAE has over twenty-five years of experience providing leadership and direction to major health care-focused non-profit organizations, including more than ten years as executive director/chief executive officer and ten years leading marketing and corporate relations functions. Known for achieving results in streamlining operations, strategic planning and execution, fundraising and development, and brand/product enhancement. She currently serves as the CEO of the American Urogynecologic Society (AUGS) and its related foundation, the PFD Research Foundation.

Prior to joining AUGS, Zinnert served as senior manager, corporate relations, for the American Urological Association, where she managed exhibit, advertising and sponsorship sales for the association and its related foundation. Prior to that, she was the director of marketing and corporate relations at AABB, formerly known as the American Association of Blood Banks, where she oversaw the organization’s marketing and fundraising functions. Zinnert holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, in Indiana, Pa. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives. Michelle earned her CAE credential in 2009.
