Dr. Prabhu is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. She specializes in complex abdominal wall reconstruction, mesh and biomaterials, and advanced foregut surgery.  She is employed in Cleveland, Ohio at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Abdominal Core Health.  She also sits on the editorial board of the journal Hernia, and is an ad hoc editor for the journals Surgery, Annals of Surgery, Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery, and the Journal of the American College of Surgeons.  She also sits on the board of the Fellowship Council, the Americas Hernia Society, and the Americas Hernia Society Quality Collaborative.
